Crafted With Care: Every candle is carefully crafted by hand, which means slight variations, such as wax discoloration or rust-like markings from natural fragrance oils, may occur. These are normal and do not affect the quality, performance, or scent of your candles.
Sustainability Tip: Reuse the tin — simply pour boiling water into the container to remove leftover wax and wick easily

Candle Care

  • Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent “tunneling”.
  • Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
  • Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Keep candle out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Never leave candle burning unattended.
  • Stop use when less than 1/2"(12mm)wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

Processing Time:
 Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. However, please note that some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability.If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please reach out to us at velvetandvinecandleco@gmail.com for a status update.

Shipping and Transit Times:
The processing times mentioned above do not include transit times. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Responsibility for Packages:
Once your order leaves our studio and is transferred to the postal facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Velvet and Vine Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. For assistance with lost or delayed shipments, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking information.

Refunds:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We currently do not offer exchange or refunds on any products. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped, but if your product arrives damaged in transit please email us at velvetandvinecandleco@gmail.com with photos of your damaged items within 2 days of receiving.
